Do my field crews need to download an app?
No. Your team uses WhatsApp, which they already have. They simply text receipt photos to your company's ReceiptOS number. No downloads, no training, no new passwords.
How accurate is the AI at reading receipts?
95%+ accuracy on day one. Our AI recognizes Home Depot, Lowe's, supplier invoices, and handwritten receipts. When confidence is low, we flag items for your review before processing.
What if someone sends the wrong receipt or makes a mistake?
You can edit, reject, or reassign any expense before it syncs to QuickBooks. Your team can also send corrections via WhatsApp - "That coffee receipt was for the client meeting, not personal."
Which accounting software do you integrate with?
QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop currently. Xero integration is coming soon. We also provide CSV exports that work with any accounting system.
How do you assign receipts to the right team member?
Our AI recognizes names in WhatsApp messages ("Lunch receipt - Mike") and learns your team's phones over time. You can also manually assign receipts to team members from your dashboard.
What happens to the physical receipt images?
All receipt images are stored securely and attached to the expense in your accounting software. Perfect for tax audits or warranty claims. Images are kept for 7 years per IRS requirements.

Yes. Set spending thresholds that require your approval before syncing to QuickBooks. You can also create different approval rules for different team members or expense categories.
